Archibald, Certainly Not! 2
New and Improved!

Coming in August, the sequel to our World War One aerial game, Archibald, Certainly Not!. The second edition offers more detail while still keeping the smooth flow and fast play of the original.

Some rules have been fine tuned, others have been outright changed, and the biggest change of all- a brand new (and Improved!) system for observation and bombing missions.

Of course there's going to be the usual embarrassment of riches that is a typical 4P games database, crammed with even more aircraft than in the original. To go with the new planes there's also a new Maneuver rating system, branching out from the original 5 to the second edition's 7. This gives more granularity and allows more subtle differences to be represented.

Finally, another big change is in turning. Archie 2 uses a turning arc that replaces the old 45 degree turning process. The game works fine with the old way, so no worries if anyone would like to keep it, but I felt the arcs allowed for more fluid play.

Bonus material comes in the way of player aids, included in the download, and an extensive campaign game that includes playable observation and bombing squadrons. Another campaign covers flying boat squadrons. Really.
The campaign games will be available here on our website exclusively as free downloads.
