Archie 2 Takes Flight
It is with great and giggly pleasure, one could even throw in a giddy as well, that I announce our latest edition to the 4P Press Games range, Archibald, Certainly Not! 2.
This is quiet an update for darling Archibald, though the game will be recognizable to all who have played the original. However big changes have come in the way aircraft turn, as we've added turning arcs, and with the change in movement has come a change in maneuver ratings, with aircraft now going from 1 (a flying brick) to 7 (a graceful creature of the sky). That puts us up two additional levels, which really makes a difference in the middle of the pack aircraft.
And speaking of aircraft (and we were), there's lots more to choose from including those Austrian Lloyd aircraft that look like they came out of Wacky Races.
Get the 40.08 here And the 40.05 here Archibald, Certainly Not! 2 can be had hereBut there's more than just cool changes to the rules; there's a whole new campaign game that goes deep into the logistics of running a squadron, from pilot procurement to ground crew efficiency to maintaining spare parts and reserve machines. The system also allows for bombing and observation squadrons to be fully playable, and the Archie 2 rules have a completely new section for bombing and observing (not the creepy kind).
So check out Archibald, Certainly Not! 2, and find out just why this young lady is in it...
