The Germans Have Arrived
Bold or not bold, which do you like better?

4P Models is proud to announce the next batch of ships to come off the slips and they're our first of the German persuasion.

First up is Konig Wilhelm, a Prussian turned German turned Weimar ship, and a lovely one at that. Like all our ships, Konig Wilhelm comes complete with printable masts to take away any excuse not to adorn her with such.

Get Konig Wilhelm here, umlaut not included.

Next up is the Preussen class, a German built ship turret ship with turrets designed by that turret crazed Royal Navy officer, Cowper Coles.

The Preussens await you here.

Then we have the Kaiser class, a couple of casemate ironclads designed by Edward Reed. Seriously, isn't it odd that the Royal Navy's Chief Constructor should be designing ships for other nations?

I'll damn well design for whomever I damn well please, damn it.
Reed doesn't care what nationality you are, get your Kaiser class right here.

And finally I have saved the best for last, or actually the worst for last, but despite them being just awful I love these ships.
They are the Sachsen class of four(!) coastal defense ironclads that made up for their ugliness by being terrible seaboats. It's difficult to think about how ugly your ship is when you're hanging over the side feeding the fish.
But I don't find them ugly at all, in fact to me they are quite charming, with their four funnels (that earned them the nickname Cement Factory) and an amazingly cool gun layout. They look very Steampunk and I adore them.

Add the Steampunk-ish Sachsens to your navy here.
